1. How can I book a Nile Cruise or tour with BestEgyptTrip?
You can book directly through our website using the booking form on each tour page, or contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Once your booking details are confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice and confirmation voucher.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer, and cash payments (USD, EUR, or EGP).
All online payments are 100% secure through encrypted systems.
3. Is a deposit required to confirm my booking?
Yes. A 25%–50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival or before your trip starts, depending on your tour type.
4. Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, you can.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email, and fees may apply depending on how many days before your travel date you cancel.
5. What is included in a Nile Cruise package?
Most Nile Cruises include:
Accommodation on board (full board basis)
Sightseeing tours with an English-speaking guide
Entrance fees to major temples
All transfers by private air-conditioned vehicles
Service charges and taxes
Excluded items usually include personal expenses, drinks, tips, and optional tours.
6. What is the best time to take a Nile Cruise?
The best time for a Nile Cruise is October to April, when the weather is mild and comfortable for sightseeing.
However, cruises operate all year round — and summer can be perfect for lower prices and fewer crowds.
7. How many days is the Nile Cruise?We offer several options:
3 nights: Aswan → Luxor
- 4 nights: Luxor → Aswan
- 5, 6, or 7 nights: For a longer and more relaxed experience.
Each itinerary includes visits to iconic temples like Karnak, Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Philae.
8. Do I need a visa to visit Egypt?
Yes. Most travelers need an Egypt entry visa.
You can obtain it upon arrival at Egyptian airports or apply online for an E-Visa before traveling.
9. Are airport transfers included?
Yes, airport or hotel transfers are included in most packages.
We also offer private transfer services between Luxor, Aswan, Cairo, and Hurghada.
10. Are your tours private or group-based?
We offer both options!

- Group Tours for travelers who enjoy meeting others.

11. Do you provide English-speaking guides?
Yes, all our tours include licensed, professional English-speaking Egyptologists.
Guides in other languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are available upon request.
12. Is travel insurance required?
While not mandatory, we highly recommend travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, or lost luggage during your trip.
13. Are children allowed on the Nile Cruise?
Absolutely! Nile Cruises are family-friendly.
- Under 6 years: Free of charge
- 6–11 years: 50% of adult rate
- 12 years and above: Full adult fare
14. What should I pack for a Nile Cruise?
We suggest bringing:
- Light, breathable clothing (cotton or linen)
- A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen
- Comfortable walking shoes
- A light jacket for cool evenings
- Camera and power adapter
