Welcome to BestEgyptTrip. By using our website or booking a tour, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made through our official website (ww.bestegypttrip.com) or via our authorized agents.
- A deposit of 25% to 50% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip, as agreed in your confirmation email.
- Once we receive your deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation with your detailed itinerary and invoice.
2. Payment Methods
- BestEgyptTrip accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer, or cash (USD, EUR, or EGP).
- All online payments are 100% secured through encrypted SSL systems.
- Any bank or transfer fees must be covered by the client.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (by email).
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 10% of the total trip cost.
- 15–30 days before arrival: 25% of the total trip cost.
- 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total trip cost.
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of the total trip cost (no refund).
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, excluding any bank charges.
4. Amendments & Date Changes
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
- Requests for amendments should be made at least 7 days before the travel date.
- BestEgyptTrip will do its best to accommodate reasonable change requests.
5. Force Majeure
BestEgyptTrip shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, political events, epidemics, or navigation restrictions.
In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or reschedule your trip whenever possible.
6. Travel Documents
- All travelers must have a valid passport (minimum 6 months before expiry).
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain any required entry visas to Egypt.
- BestEgyptTrip is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete travel documents.
7. Travel Insurance
- We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal loss.
- BestEgyptTrip is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings during the trip.
8. Our Responsibility
- BestEgyptTrip acts as a tour operator and booking agent for Nile Cruises, hotels, airlines, and transportation providers.
- While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for any act or omission by third-party service providers.
- Itinerary changes may occur due to cruise schedules or operational reasons, but equivalent alternatives will always be offered.
9. Children Policy
- Children under 6 years: Free of charge (sharing parents’ room without extra bed).
- Children 6–11 years: 50% of adult rate.
- Children 12 years and above: Charged as adults.
10. Complaints & Claims
- Any complaint must be reported immediately to the tour guide or company representative during the trip.
- Written claims after the tour must be submitted within 7 days after returning home.
- BestEgyptTrip will investigate all complaints and respond promptly.
11. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. All personal data collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide travel services.
12. Governing La
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in Egyptian courts
